What this programme addresses

This workshop equips NGO and humanitarian teams to manage donor-funded programmes with stronger financial discipline, compliance and accountability. 5. Prepare accurate and timely financial and grant reports that clearly communicate programme expenditure, budget performance, variances, achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
6. Strengthen financial decision-making and risk management by identifying financial risks, analyzing budget variances, preventing misuse of funds, and using financial information to improve programme performance and donor confidence.
